The client wanted to develop a new office for their expanding business. Their current accommodation no longer meets their requirements and we were appointed to investigate alternative concept proposals.

Our proposal responds to the client’s aspiration to create a modern space that reflects their engineering pedigree. We developed a form that has been developed following an investigation of the client plant. The building form is a manifestation of this and helps to create a subtle link to their products. The material selection is simple and restrained and again reflects their core business. The interior has also been developed with the same principles in mind and includes exposed services and industrial flooring.
