This proposal involved the reimagining of a 1960s concrete-frame building. The client aspired to create a new focal point for the site while delivering a modern, improved workplace environment. Our design replaced the outdated cellular layout with open-plan departmental zones to encourage connectivity and collaboration.
A lightweight pavilion extension acts as the central hub for access and wayfinding. Its placement at the heart of the plan reinforces its role as the pivot point for workplace activity, establishing a strong sense of arrival for both daily users and visitors.
