Healy Park Control Tower

This control tower received the RSUA Design Award for Excellence in Architectural Design in Northern Ireland. The project was conceived as a distinctive facility that enhances safety and comfort, using contemporary architecture to establish a clear landmark within the sporting context.

Constructed to a high specification across three levels, the building forms part of the third phase of a major development at Healy Park. It accommodates a modern retail unit alongside a state-of-the-art media centre and control room. The design balances innovation with practical thinking, providing calm, well-considered interior spaces that contrast with external balconies where visitors can engage directly with the atmosphere of the event below.
