Brocagh Emmetts GAA Pavilion

The proposed masterplan reviews the entire sports club site and considers opportunities to introduce new income-generating facilities to support community services. The site’s proximity to a slipway offers direct access to Lough Neagh, enhanced through the creation of a small glamping village. 

A new pavilion building acts as a key organising element, bridging the site’s significant level changes while functioning as a central community hub. Flexible internal spaces allow for use by multiple groups, while the lower floors provide opportunities for small local businesses and community enterprise.
