The proposal involves the internal reconfiguration and overclad of an existing manufacturing building. The intention is to create a space that reflects the company’s engineering background. Simple robust materials were proposed whilst services and structure were exposed. The new translucent cladding was proposed to act as a visual marker and focal point. The building form is simple and restrained to create a space that reflects the company ethos.
